Rogersshire is a community situated on both sides of Del Rio Pike in Franklin, TN. The Crest and The Meadows contain a total of 146 homes in a peaceful setting one mile from Historic Downtown Franklin, with easy access to Cool Springs and Interstate 65.
We are a side-walked community so that our owners can stroll or jog throughout the neighborhood. Del Rio Park, a small playground and picnic area located in The Meadows, is owned and maintained by the City of Franklin and is available to the homeowners.
The Rogersshire Homeowners' Association (RHOA) works on behalf of the residents of the Rogersshire subdivision to protect and maintain the covenants, common areas and interests of the homeowners.
The RHOA is solely comprised of volunteers that give their time and talents for the benefit of the neighborhood.
